Dave's Delicious Meatball Stew
3 medium size potatoes, unpeeled 1 (11-oz.) bag Armour Beef Meatballs (Make sure they're unthawed before using.) 1 (0.87-oz.) packet McCormick Brown Gravy Mix 1 (0.87-oz.) packet McCormick Brown Gravy Mix 30% Less Sodium 1 (10-oz.) frozen bag Birds Eye Steamfresh Sweet Peas 2 cups of water
1.) Using a vegetable scrub brush, run your potatoes under cold water, and lightly scrub the potatoes to remove any dirt.
2.) Pat the potatoes dry with paper towels, then cut them into cubes.
3.) In a 4-quart pot, add the potatoes. Add enough water to cover them, and sprinkle in a bit of garlic salt.
4.) Bring water to a boil, then reduce the heat somewhat. Cook the potatoes for about 10 minutes. Or until the potatoes are tender.
5.) Drain water from the pot, then in the same pot, add the meatballs, cooked potatoes, frozen peas and the heated gravy.
6.) Gently stir, and thoroughly heat through before serving.
7.) Yields: 6 servings-

Looks good, but I would make my own meatballs.

Looks good, but I would make my own meatballs. I often do, but we had these frozen meatballs in the freezer, so my husband came up with this recipe. It turned out to be very good.

I had a co-worker years ago who brought home-made meatballs to a potluck. They were the most delicious meatballs I've ever eaten. They melted in your mouth and had a bit of a bacon flavor.
I've never forgiven myself for not getting the recipe.
