A friend shared this recipe years ago, how to prepare radishes with a few simple ingredients. I had prepared them, and enjoyed this quick simple recipe.

6 medium size radishes, sliced 2 Tablespoons of sliced spring onion (or diced yellow onion) 1 large clove of garlic (minced) 1/2 teaspoon of maple syrup 1 tablespoon butter salt, season according to taste black pepper, season according to taste
1.) Melt the tablespoon of butter in a small Teflon skillet.
2.) Add the radishes to the skillet, and season them according to taste with the salt and pepper.
3.) Sauté/cook the vegetables over medium-low heat, for exactly 8 minutes.
4.) Serve immediately.
5.) Yields: 1 single serving. -
