Frying up the soft corn tortillas. It makes the best tacos because of the corn taste and the texture somewhere between a hard and soft shell.

Can't stand corn tortillas but I love tacos. Wow! .. I like them much better than the flour ones but I like making burritos with the big flour ones. |
