Yes, I've had that before, sandman. Though I don't usually use those with my taco salad. But they are good crunched up on top of the salad. |

Us restricted diet people have to stick together 😊 it is not ideal but we still have some decent food in our lives I think 😊 |

I recently bought some Quest brand nacho style tortilla chips at Target, SafeInSanity, jayman, Dazzal, and sandman. I bought the loaded taco flavor. They only have 5 carbs in a 1.1 OZ bag. (My husband is a diabetic) I used them in a meatless taco salad with lettuce, cheese, avocado, salsa and hot sauce. (A little sour cream on top) It tasted good. |

Unfortunately, everything I eat has to be cooked and steamed. I should be okay in a couple of months. I have to stay gluten-free. Basically meat, veggies. No sugar, grains, white flour. I have a couple of gluten-free cookbooks with some great recipes. |
