Ohhh, I'd love to have some of that zucchini bread.
I would like to try making the zucchini pizza casserole.
They all look yummy!

when my sister lived in a townhouse in DC area, she had a postage stamp sized back yard. she had a good friend nearby with a BIG back yard. she "rented" a corner to grow a garden. she did all the tilling, planting, weeding, etc... and shared the crops with her friend.
one year she ended up with zukes up to her butt... she's short but there were a LOT of zukes. she shredded up all the extra ones and measured out into zip bags. she stacked the bags nice and flat in freezer and when holidays approached made some of the most wonderful zucchini breadS. she gave gifts of 5-6 different varieties of Z-bread that all started with the same recipe. some sweet. some savory. all delicious.
