Having steaks, baked potato and asparagus. I'm having my steak with sauteed onions and mushrooms. Looking forward to it.

We grill year-round. We have gas grills. The grate & flat-top. Flat-top is perfect for veggies like Stir-Fries.

We grill year-round. We have gas grills. The grate & flat-top. Flat-top is perfect for veggies like Stir-Fries. We have a patio where our gas grill is so we also grill year-round. But not a lot in the winter. The patio has a screen around it but in the winter it gets cold. So most of our grilling is late spring to late fall.

My buddy bought one of those large round grates that go over the fire pit so when the weather is warmer we cook on that and it is so awesome! It really smokes the meat wonderfully. sandman,

Thanks. I like mine a little more done but if I was in a restaurant and they brought that to my table I would devouter that steak! And with those sauteed mushrooms and onions I would be in food heaven.
