"With Appian Way, however, you only needed to mix the box content with hot water and spread it over the pan."
So easy to make that crust. Easy works for me!

I recall hearing about that brand. It sounds easy. I wish it was still on the shelves.

I'm another one who recalls the name but don't think I ever made/ate it.
did enjoy Chef Boy-Ar-Dee pizza "kits"... especially with SIL (and niece/nephew) when she was young. box included a packet of flour mixture to make dough... just add water. came with a little can of pizza sauce (GOOD) and small packet of grated cheese. would always have extra mozz handy. also other toppings... like pepperoni and/or mushrooms. this product is available at Shoprite here in NJ.
making pizza dough from scratch is a snap... especially with a KA stand mixer... no muscles required. shoprite always has fresh/frozen white and whole wheat dough in bakery are for maybe $2. then i'd grab a can of Don Pepino's pizza sauce and a chunk of mozz to shred. pre-shredded doesn't melt that well because of the anti-caking stuff used (basically saw dust).
