When I was a kid, most of my classmates hated spinach. I loved it.
I still do. I eat a lot of fresh spinach salads.
Also make a skinless chicken breast and spinach dish with Hungarian paprika, garlic, onions, and throw in a few other spices.

Another one is giblets in gravy. We love it but only have it like that once or twice a year. Some people hate it. In years past on thanksgiving we would make some gravy without giblets and some with. Try to keep everyone happy. LOL
