I like imitation crab in cold salads. I've had it hot with noodles and Alfredo sauce, too. It was pretty good.
I used to love real blue crab meat when I lived in Florida. Sooo delicious. It's way too expensive to buy where I live now. And it wouldn't be fresh anyway.

I used to buy bags of this. The fact that itβs imitation is a little off putting but I like it sometimes

I like it in seafood salads. It is kind of rubbery though.

My mom used to make stuffed mushrooms with crab meat (not sure if it was imitation crab meat). They were so good. They looked similar to these ones.
