Yes, I remember when eggs were supposedly bad and terrible for one's cholesterol.
I've always eaten eggs anyway. Not every day. But when I want to. I love two eggs over easy. Or a soft boiled egg. Or an omlette with spinach and cheese.
It's always been annoying the way the some studies flip-flop over the years. After a while, one reads them with a grain of salt, and thinks everything in moderation is the best way to go.
