My personal most favourite ones are : spicy cheddar, Swiss, aged Gouda, Brie and Havarti. I love mine in : BLTs, grilled-cheeses, other sandwiches, cheese, fruits and wine, cheese and crackers and finally : on a cheese platter with different veggies and cold cuts. And you personally? Do you enjoy cheeses or not? And if yes, what are your favourite cheeses personally? And how do you like it in your opinion?
