I myself adjust my mood to the song/tune I'm listening to and sing-along if it's a song with lyrics. It's called mindfulness and music therapy. And you personally? Have you ever tried it yet or not personally? And if yes, do you enjoy it or not in your book?

Music can be extremely healing to people. But I think it depends on the type. Heavy metal may not be so good as it wracks your body with the beat. Whereas gentle music is calming to the mind & body.
